Maija Balts

Maija Balts has held a student internship position with the Automatic Weather Station lab since June of 2026. She currently assists the team with component integration as well as front end development. She graduated from St. Olaf College in 2025 and is excited to apply her computational skills to the team’s ongoing research efforts. Outside of her work with the AWS, she enjoys playing tennis and frisbee, knitting, and gardening.
